When do you need a Commercial EPC?

A valid EPC is needed before a commercial property is marketed for sale or rent, and when a new building or major conversion is completed. It lasts 10 years. Landlords must also meet the Minimum Energy Efficiency Standards (MEES), which generally means an E rating or better. If your property falls short, I'll explain the most practical way to improve it.
